LOS ANGELES, CA private jet charter

There are few cities in the world as iconic as Los Angeles, US’s second populated city after New York. It’s a landmark place for American culture, as it’s home of Hollywood, the filmmaking capital of the world. Los Angeles is packed with fabulous places and great people- it’s basically a small scale representation of the entire world, as you can meet people from all over the world, try every type of food you could think about and experience some of the world’s best clubs, museums, restaurants and more. Of course, it’s very recommendable to have a clear schedule about what you want to see and when. According to your visits list, you can plan your trip and buy your plane ticket or arrange your Los Angeles private jet charter. Next, we’ll try to help you with your choice in terms of attractions when visiting California’s capital.

-          Huntington Library: Ok, you might say that a library is not the first thing you’d like to see when in LA. Still, you should know the library is the host of fabulous art, like Thomas Gainsborough’s The Blue Boy. Also, there are invaluable editions of some quintessential books of human culture, like a Guttenberg Bible or a copy of the Canterbury Tales. After wrapping your head in great literature, you can have a walk in the 120 acres of botanical wonders surrounding the library, including a Japanese Garden and a full on jungle!

-          Forecourt of the Stars in front of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre: This iconic strip on LA’s sidewalk contains the foot prints and hand prints of famous actors and directors who made history in Tinseltown. You can measure up your hand print against the ones of people like Tom Cruise, Anthony Hopkins or Audrey Hepburn. And, best of all, it’s free! Similarly, make sure to visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame, where you’ll have so many stars at your feet. Painted ones, true, but it’s still rewarding to walk on Nicole Kidman.

-          The J. Paul Getty Museum- This venue is a work of art on its own, and it also packs some works of contemporary art of the highest relevance. The space, designed by Richard Meier, has that new age twist that’s adored by LA socialites and filmmakers and you shouldn’t be surprised to see home Hollywood stars having a walk in the generous gardens of the museum.

-          The Griffith Observatory: Although you’re in LA, it’s fine to keep things into perspective and take a look at the universe…for free. The Observatory has a Zeiss super telescope, and if you can’t get in line fast enough, you can always enjoy the astrology related museum within the compound.

-          The Hollywood Sign: You’ve seen this in so many pictures, movies and TV shows, so it’s only fair to see it live. There are a couple of official viewing spots for seeing the sign, which is unfortunately as close you’ll get to it, as the area right near the sign is closed from the public.

-          Venice Beach Boardwalk: The boardwalk is one of the iconic places in LA. Go there and see the great performers, the bodybuilders, the skating girls and get your portrait made for just a few bucks.

-          Take a Studio tour: All major studios are in LA and all of them have dedicated tours. You can see the sets used to film some of cinema’s most important movies and get some cult souvenirs right from the ground zero of filmmaking.
